The Pipe & Precast Production Labourer is a hands-on production role supporting the manufacturing of precast concrete products used in infrastructure and construction. This role includes physical work such as form setup, rebar placement, concrete pouring, finishing, material handling, and basic quality checks. You will also help maintain a clean and organized work environment. Training is provided, with opportunities to build skills operating tools and equipment. This role is best suited for someone who is safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial setting.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Required Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an industrial or construction-related general labor role.
Required Training/Certifications: WHMIS
Required Technical Skills: Operate forklifts, cranes, and shop tools safely; maintain PPE and safety compliance.
Travel Requirements: 5%
