Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking Production Workers for our client’s facility in Delta, BC. Location is Delta, BC with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM shift, including potential day/afternoon training. Pay rate is $29.75/hour (28.00 base + 1.75 night shift premium).

You will load materials, operate mixers, inspect quality, and keep a safe, organized workspace. Opportunities for overtime and a clear pathway to permanent hire are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to comfortably lift up to 55 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial production setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a safety-first mindset.
• Comfortable working in a dusty environment (PPE provided).
• Must be comfortable working at elevated heights and on upper silo decks.
• Capability to frequently climb stairs and ladders to access production areas and upper levels.
• Must have own steel toed safety boots.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials into automated mixers and stage/batch product for production lines, following safety and quality standards.
• Safely operate and monitor automated mixing machinery.
• Conduct visual quality control inspections on finished goods and packaging.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.

What You Need to Know
