Curtiss-Wright Corporation in Ottawa, Ontario is seeking a Production Associate for the CCA Test shift (3:30 pm - 12:00 midnight). You will set up and test circuit card assemblies, graphics cards and SBCs with system-level debug, following procedures to verify electrical performance.

Ideal candidates hold a college diploma in Electronics or related field, with 2+ years of test experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read diagrams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college diploma in Electronics engineering is required/asset.
• 2+ years of Test/ESS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, or assembly drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience with test procedures and electronic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and test circuit card assemblies using automated test equipment.
• Perform all levels of test: JTAG, ATP, Vibration and ESS.
• Follow test procedures to verify electrical performance.
• Troubleshoot failures by checking components, solder joints, wiring, connectors and circuit signals.
• Record test results and document defects or failures.
• Perform rework or minor repairs as required.
• Identify and report damaged or missing parts to supervision.
• Provide feedback to test engineering support and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area; support shift rotations.
