Curtiss-Wright Corporation in Ottawa seeks an Engineering Applications Administrator onsite to maintain and upgrade Siemens EDA, DxDesigner/Expedition, Windchill, Jira, Confluence, and Creo environments. You will manage access, licenses, and budgets while debugging tool issues and coordinating with vendors.

The role requires a engineering IT background and 4+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on software configuration management and agile practices in a defense-enabled, ISO-certified

Qualifications

• College or Post-Secondary degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Sciences preferred
• 4+ years of related work experience
• Experience managing user permissions across multiple tools
• Strong debugging skills
• Knowledge of Siemens DxDesigner/Expedition and PTC Creo/Windchill is a plus
• Familiarity with Java or web-based tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Upgrade and maintain Siemens EDA, Atlassian and PTC Tools
• Administer Linux and Windows virtual environment for Engineering use with IT
• Manage licenses, permissions and budgets for shared tools
• Debug tool issues and escalate to vendors as needed
