Job summary

Entripy Custom Clothing, based in Oakville, Ontario, seeks reliable Production Associates for seasonal/contract work from September 2026 to December 2026 across Heat Transfer, Screen Printing, Embroidery, or Logistics. Roles are on-site with shifts 1st and 2nd, hourly pay $18–$19, and local commuting to Oakville/Mississauga.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is an asset.
  • Experience with heat press, screen printing, or embroidery equipment is a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Operate heat press machines to apply designs to garments.
  • Load and unload garments accurately and at a consistent pace.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure transfers are properly applied.
  • Keep the workstation clean and organized.
  • Support set-up and breakdown of screen printing presses.
  • Feed garments onto and off of the press in sequence.
  • Assist with ink mixing, screen preparation, and cleanup.
  • Inspect printed garments for quality and flag any defects.
  • Load garments and hoops onto embroidery machines.
  • Monitor machines during production runs and address minor issues.
  • Trim threads and perform quality inspection on finished pieces.
  • Maintain accurate production counts and communicate with team leads.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Process outbound shipments using courier software.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse environment.

JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for reliable, hardworkingindividuals to join our production floor or logistics team on a seasonal /contract basis. As a Production Associate,you’ll be placed in one ormore of our production departments - Heat Transfer, Screen Printing,Embroidery, or Logistics - based on operational needs and your skills. This isa hands-on, fast-paced role where attention to detail and a willingness topitch in are what matter most. This is a fixedterm position beginning September 2026 to December 2026. Opportunity for contract extension orpermanent placement is based on performance.

Applicants must be based locally and able to commute to the Oakville/Mississauga border.

Rate of Pay: $18/hour- $19/hour. Based on experience.

Hours:
  • 1st Shift:7:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • 2nd Shift:3:00 pm - 11:00 pm - priority will be given to those who can work 2nd shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Heat Transfer (HT)
  • Operate heat press machines to apply designs ontogarments
  • Load and unload garments accurately and at aconsistent pace
  • Perform quality checks to ensure transfers areproperly applied

Screen Printing (SP)
  • Support set-up and breakdown of screen printingpresses

Embroidery (EMB)
  • Load garments and hoops onto embroidery machines

Logistics
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders forshipment
  • Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory
