Job summary

Entripy Custom Clothing is seeking reliable Production Associates for seasonal/contract roles on the Oakville/Mississauga border. Roles will cycle through Heat Transfer, Screen Printing, Embroidery, or Logistics based on need; shifts are 1st or 2nd with potential overtime.

Start September 2026 through December 2026 with possible extension. You must be able to commute locally, work Mon–Fri, and stand for long periods, performing accurate, detail‑oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with quality focus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within a team.
• Previous production/warehouse experience is an asset.
• Experience with heat press, screen printing, or embroidery equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate heat press machines and apply designs to garments.
• Load/unload garments and maintain line pace.
• Perform quality checks and keep workstation clean and organized.
• Support setup/breakdown of presses and assist with ink mixing and cleanup.
• Load garments into embroidery machines and monitor runs.
• Assist with logistics tasks: pick, pack, and ship customer orders.

JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for reliable, hardworkingindividuals to join our production floor or logistics team on a seasonal /contract basis. As a Production Associate,you’ll be placed in one ormore of our production departments - Heat Transfer, Screen Printing,Embroidery, or Logistics - based on operational needs and your skills. This isa hands-on, fast-paced role where attention to detail and a willingness topitch in are what matter most. This is a fixedterm position beginning September 2026 to December 2026. Opportunity for contract extension orpermanent placement is based on performance.

Applicants must be based locally and able to commute to the Oakville/Mississauga border.

Rate of Pay: $18/hour- $19/hour. Based on experience.

Hours:

• 1st Shift:7:00 am - 3:00 pm
• 2nd Shift:3:00 pm - 11:00 pm - priority will be given to those who can work 2nd shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Heat Transfer (HT)

• Operate heat press machines to apply designs ontogarments
• Load and unload garments accurately and at aconsistent pace
• Perform quality checks to ensure transfers areproperly applied
• Keep the workstation clean and organized

Screen Printing (SP)

• Support set-up and breakdown of screen printingpresses
• Feed garments onto and off of the press in sequence
• Assist with ink mixing, screen preparation, andclean-up
• Inspect printed garments for quality and flag anydefects

Embroidery (EMB)

• Load garments and hoops onto embroidery machines
• Monitor machines during production runs and addressminor issues
• Trim threads and perform quality inspection onfinished pieces
• Maintain accurate production counts and communicatewith team leads

Logistics

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders forshipment
• Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory
• Process outbound shipments using courier software
• Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse environment

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Reliable with a strong attendance record — we counton our team
• Able to stand for extended periods and performrepetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced productionenvironment
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Able to follow instructions and work well within ateam
• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing,or warehouse environment is an asset
• Experience with heat press, screen printing, orembroidery equipment is a plus
