Reports to: Logistics Manager/Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

1. Parts and Material Transportation: Transport automotive parts, tools, and materials between production and storage areas. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to support production schedules and minimize downtime.
2. Material Handling and Equipment Use: Load and unload materials onto vehicles, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
3. Inventory and Documentation: Verify part counts, labels, and quality during pick-up and delivery. Maintain accurate records of parts and materials movement in tracking systems.
4. Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with production teams, warehouse staff, and supervisors to prioritize tasks. Respond to urgent requests for parts and materials delivery as required.
5. Support Production Goals: Assist with organizing and maintaining storage areas for easy access. Provide general support to production and logistics teams, including overtime shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario).
• Clean driving record with no major infractions.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Availability of at least 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.
