PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE - FULL TIME PERMANENT

• Full-time
• Shift: Day Shift
• Pay starts at $19.20
• Overtime is paid after 42 hours per week (at 1.5x regular rate)
• Day Shift 6:00AM to 2:30 PM

Position Overview

North Star Windows & Doors is seeking a highly motivated individual with a safety mindset and a commitment to growth to join our Production Team. Responsibilities include assembly, material handling, quality checks, equipment monitoring, safety adherence, record keeping, and collaboration to optimize processes. Must be safety-conscious, experienced with hand and power tools, and physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Schedule:

• Day shift, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
• Overtime as required
