Job summary

Master Packaging Inc., located in Borden-Carleton, PEI, is seeking a self-motivated Production Associate. The role offers an hourly rate of $21.32 plus a $2 night shift premium and Sunday premium, with a 4 on/4 off rotation and 2 day shifts followed by 2 night shifts.

You will be part of a lively team, focusing on product quality and collaborating with staff across roles while following safety practices on the conveyor line.

Qualifications

• High School / GED level education.
• At least 1 year of production experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Must be result oriented, team player and willing and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Able to lift 25lbs to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality of finished product and assist staff as needed.
• Follow safe practices (feeding, off-piling, palletizing from conveyor).

Master Packaging Inc., the leader of corrugate and folding carton packaging, located in Borden-Carleton, Prince Edward Island is currently seeking self-motivated and energetic individuals who are interested in joining our team in the role of Production Associate.

Hourly Rate: $21.32/ + $2 Night Shift / Time and a Half Sunday Premium

Rotation: 4 on, 4 off (8 Day Rotation)

Shift: 2 Day shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) followed by 2 Night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)

Responsibilities: As a member of a highly energetic and goal-oriented team, you will be mainly responsible for the quality of our finished product and will assist and work cooperatively with the staff as needed in a variety of roles all while following safe practices like feeding, off-piling and palletizing product from the conveyor belt.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have High School / GED level education. At least 1 year of production experience in a manufacturing industry. Must be result oriented, team player and most importantly willing and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts. Able to lift 25lbs to 50lbs.
