Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee assembly of industrial equipment and manage workflow in assembly and painting cells.
• Perform assembly of industrial equipment, including sensitive rotating assemblies.
• Supervise assembly and painting/finishing activities.
• Maintain equipment and tools in the assembly and painting cells.
• Create and update work instructions for assembly and painting cells.
• Inspect the quality of completed work orders and conduct tests as needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area, following all safety rules and procedures.
• Manage consumable stock levels for smooth operation.
• Contribute to performance evaluations and employee development.
