Join our **pre-wired team** to make an impact by operating manual and semi-automated pre-wired electrode machine to produce disposable electrodes while ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.**Schedule:*** **12 hr** shifts* Rotating weekly - 2 weeks Day Shift 7am-7pm, and 2 weeks Night Shift 7pm-7am. (**WK 1** Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat - **WK 2** Sun, Wed, Thurs)**Your Contributions to the Organization:**Duties and requirements of the job include, but are not limited to:1. Operation of semi-automated pre-wired electrode machine in a safe manner to produce disposable electrodes* Set up machine and replenish with proper materials as required* Perform the manual process steps as required, wire placement, wire wrap and packaging* Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments as needed* Ensure all safety guards are in place and functional* Ensure line clearances completed accurately* Ensure proper coding of product* Ensure proper use of correct materials2. Cleaning and preventative maintenance* Ensure clean & orderly work cell by following the 5S standards to improve overall efficiency of operations3.
