Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Assembler to join our Cladify manufacturing team as a full-time employee starting April 2025. In this hands-on role, you will work in our production facility, assembling components, operating machinery, and ensuring the quality of our sustainable building envelope systems. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative, eco-friendly construction solutions while building a career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components for solar panels and building envelope systems, including cutting, fastening, and sealing.
• Operate production machinery and tools safely and efficiently, following standard operating procedures.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Prepare material samples for testing and validation.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report production issues and collaborate with team leads to resolve them.
• Track and record production data for reporting purposes.
• Support other production tasks, such as material handling and inventory checks, as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in manufacturing, construction, or a related field is an asset.
• Experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or construction environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, or production machinery is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Interest in sustainable technologies or renewable energy is an advantage.
