Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or relevant training in assembly, mechanics, or electronics (asset).
  • Experience in electronic, mechanical, or optical assembly within a production environment (asset).
  • Experience performing precision-oriented manual work.
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a steady production pace.
  • Ability to follow procedures and work instructions.
  • Team player with a strong sense of reliability and punctuality.
  • Experience with soldering (asset).

Responsibilities

  • Assemble precision components such as wires, sensors, connectors, housings, and other small parts according to established work instructions.
  • Perform various manual assembly operations requiring precision and strong dexterity.
  • Carry out soldering and basic connection tasks as required.
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure the quality and compliance of assembled parts.
  • Identify and report any irregularities, defective parts, or quality issues to the supervisor.
  • Follow manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and production timelines.
  • Mantain a consistent work pace while ensuring a high level of quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to support efficient production operations.
