  • Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, to follow instructions, coordinate with team members, and support quality standards.
  • Comply with all production floor rules, including no eating or drinking on the line and no use of phones, videos, or pictures in the production area.
  • Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment in both the production floor and cleanroom.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, learn quickly, and maintain high attention to detail while working at a sustained pace.
Essential Skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Soldering experience, particularly in a production or assembly setting.
  • Printed circuit board (PCB) assembly experience in a highly regulated work environment.
  • Ability to read soldering instructions, match numbers to wires, and perform precise soldering work.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to different stations on the production line.
  • Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to maintain a high work pace.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a focused, hardworking team.
Why Work Here?

You will join a clean, well-organized facility with a friendly and diverse staff who take pride in the products they build. The environment offers opportunities for overtime and the potential to transition to permanent employment for strong performers. With expanding production capacity, including the addition of a second production line, there is steady work and room to grow your skills. The culture values hard work, focus, and inclusion, creating a supportive team atmosphere where all backgrounds are embraced.

Work Environment

This is a second-shift position, working Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. The production floor is clean and well-maintained, with a diverse workforce and a team-oriented culture that emphasizes pride in building high-quality products. You will work in both standard production areas and a cleanroom environment. In the cleanroom, you will stand for the entire shift and follow strict protocols: cosmetics such as makeup, mascara, eyeliner, hair products, aftershaves, perfumes, fingernail polish, and fake nails are not permitted, and all jewelry including earrings, rings, bracelets, and watches must be removed. Because cleanroom assignments can occur at any time, these restrictions apply throughout your shifts. Skin conditions or infections must be discussed in advance due to cleanroom requirements. Eating and drinking are not allowed on the production line, and phones, videos, and pictures are prohibited in production areas. The dress code is casual, and cleanroom-specific garments, including a heavy jacket, are provided when needed. You will work on a production floor with approximately 60 people, in a setting that is hardworking, focused, and welcoming to all backgrounds.
