Job summary

Crossing Hurdles seeks a Design Expert (Multidisciplinary) to remotely contribute 10-40 hours weekly on a contract basis. You will evaluate design content, refine UX/UI elements, and review AI-generated materials for quality and usability, delivering actionable feedback to improve layouts and branding.

Join a team evolving with industry standards, collaborating with AI training groups to ensure user-centered design remains front and center across all materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum multidisciplinary design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Solid command of typography, layout, and visual design principles.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design processes.
• Ability to assess and develop branding and visual identity elements.
