Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Design Expert (Multidisciplinary) on a contract basis to evaluate and refine AI-assisted design content, focusing on visual and UX/UI quality for remote work.

You will collaborate with AI training teams, provide actionable feedback on layouts and branding, and help shape modern design practices through practical, real-world applications.

This role requires a strong portfolio in multidisciplinary design and mastery of typography, layout, and the Adobe suite.

Qualifications

• Minimum multidisciplinary design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Solid command of typography, layout and visual design principles.
• Proficient in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping and user-centered design processes.
• Experience developing branding and visual identity elements.

Position: Design Expert (Multidisciplinary)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $15 - $40/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and refine design interview content focusing on visual and UX/UI elements.
• Assess AI-generated materials for quality, usability, and adherence to modern design principles.
• Deliver actionable feedback to optimize layouts, visual hierarchy, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate with AI training teams to ensure alignment with evolving industry standards.
• Contribute to the continual improvement of AI tools by applying deep design knowledge to real-world scenarios.
• Champion user-centered design thinking and branding consistency across all evaluated materials.

Requirements
