Job summary

Toromont Cat in Timmins is seeking a Product Support Coordinator to manage service work orders from start to finish, ensuring high customer service and alignment with department goals. The role offers full-time permanent employment with a base salary of CAD 44,860 to CAD 56,075 and potential bonuses within the total rewards package.

You will support billing, purchase orders, and cross-department collaboration while maintaining a focus on safety and efficient operations across Eastern Canada

• Diploma of Vocational Studies or College Diploma in administration.
• Ability to communicate with customers efficiently.
• Ability to effectively adapt and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Self-motivated and flexible team player with efficient time-management qualities.
• Ability to work and grow in a team environment as well as be independent with integrity and proactive problem solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe, healthy and environmentally responsible work behaviors in support of Toromont's policies related to health and safety.
• Monitor WIP with Supervisors and Dispatch to support objectives within the invoicing process.
• Verify and process service work orders with accuracy and complete invoice.
• Maintain up-to-date billing requirements as noted in DBS/Exceptions lists.
• Obtain customer purchase order numbers to support WIP processing.
• Administratively support the Branch Manager/Supervisors.
• Work closely with all departments to create synergy between teams.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Collaborate in organizing and implementing different projects.
• Answer phone calls and provide assistance for both internal and external customers.
• Assist other Service Departments with scheduling of maintenance and repairs as required.
