Job summary

Toromont Cat in Winnipeg is seeking a Product Support Coordinator to manage work orders from opening to execution, delivering high customer service and supporting the Service Department. The full-time, permanent role offers CAD 40,085.00 to 50,105.00 base salary with additional benefits, bonuses where eligible, and flexible schedules across Eastern Canada.

You will monitor WIP with Supervisors and Dispatch, verify and process service orders, and collaborate with all departments to keep customers

• Diploma of Vocational Studies or College Diploma in administration.
• Ability to communicate with customers efficiently.

• Ability to work in a team or independently with integrity and proactive problem solving.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process service work orders with accuracy and complete invoice.
• Maintain up-to-date billing requirements as noted in DBS/Exceptions lists.
• Obtain customer purchase order numbers to support WIP processing.
• Administratively support the Branch Manager/Supervisors.
• Collaborate with all departments to create synergy.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Organize and implement various projects.
• Answer calls and assist internal and external customers.
• Assist other Service Departments with scheduling of maintenance and repairs.

Job description

Toromont Cat is looking for a Product Support Coordinator to join our team in Winnipeg! The Product Support Coordinator is accountable for all work orders from opening to execution providing high customer service and effectively assisting with goals and objectives to support the Service Department.

Pay Type

Full Time, Permanent

Compensation

$40,085.00 to $50,105.00

The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

In a typical day, YOU will:

• Demonstrate safe, healthy and environmentally responsible work behaviors in support of Toromont's policies, programs and initiatives related to health and safety.
• Monitor WIP with Supervisors and Dispatch to support company objectives within the invoicing process.
• Verify and process service work orders with accuracy and complete invoice.

• Work closely with all departments. Help create synergy between all departments.
• Prepare and processes purchase orders.

• Answers phone calls and provide assistance for both internal and external customers.
• Assist other Service Departments with scheduling of maintenance and repairs as required.
