Job Title: Product Specialist- Digital Web Experience
Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: 12+ Months
Daily Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketers, sales teams, and compliance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements for website features and updates.
- Manage, triage, and validate content and functional requests, ensuring alignment with brand, legal, and accessibility standards.
- Support the product owner in backlog grooming, user story creation, and UAT across regions and instances.
- Analyze behavioral data using platforms like Google Analytics and translate insights into actionable recommendations to enhance user engagement and conversion.
- Partner with UX designers, developers, and QA analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital experiences.
- Support SEO, site tagging, and campaign tracking efforts in coordination with digital marketing teams.
- Facilitate content audits, analytics reviews, or post-launch retrospectives, driving continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with digital marketing platform owners (e.g., marketing automation tools, social, CRM) to ensure integration points with the website are functioning effectively.
Must Have Skills:
- Familiarity with digital product, digital marketing, or web analyst roles—preferably within financial services or another regulated environment.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., dotCMS, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore).
- Experience with marketing ecosystems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or HubSpot.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of financial product structures (mutual funds, ETFs, or institutional mandates).
- Experience working with component-based design systems or digital libraries.
- Exposure to compliance workflows and legal review processes for digital content.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC, including backlog management, QA coordination, and stakeholder demos.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) or similar behavioral analytics platforms.
- Understanding of digital accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) is a strong asset.
