About us:

Reporting to the Director of Customer Products, we are looking for a motivated Product Specialist to engage with customers and drive their roadmap.

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Discovery sessions to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototypes and final products for engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with customers, engineering, product, and sales teams on product development and releases to ensure success.
  • Document and prioritize requirements with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Analyze existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Incorporate customer feedback and performance insights into roadmaps.
  • Create and maintain a product backlog aligned with the product vision, re-prioritizing user stories for maximum value.
  • Oversee user story design, development, and completion, accepting or rejecting stories based on the Definition of Done and Acceptance Criteria.
Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrates a mindset of impact, curiosity, supportiveness, and willingness to speak up.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on OTT video technologies.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of technology opportunities and challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative attitude.
Preferred Skills:
  • Flexible, easy-going, and capable of working across time zones.
  • Strong documentation and leadership skills in discovery and design sessions.
  • Self-starter with comfort working with ambiguity.
