Job summary

MoonPay is seeking a Product Security Manager to lead two high-impact security teams in a fast-paced, cloud-native environment. You will embed security into the development lifecycle, enabling engineers to ship quickly without compromising safety.

You will mentor leaders, set a scalable security roadmap, and drive proactive defenses across applications and platforms, including AI-enabled features, while collaborating with product and engineering for secure growth in a global, remote-friendly

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing security teams in high-growth, cloud-native environments.
• Strong background in application security, penetration testing, and software engineering.
• Experience building automated security scanning and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Application Security and Vulnerability Management teams.
• Define security roadmap with scalable automation and proactive defense.
• Oversee vulnerability lifecycle: discovery, triage, remediation across ecosystem.
• Improve security tooling (SAST/DAST/SCA) in CI/CD pipelines; run threat modeling & pen tests.
• Collaborate with Engineering & Product to prioritize security debt and design secure features.
• Lead incident response and align with regulatory/compliance needs (SOC2, PCI, ISO27001).
