Job summary

Benevity is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Security to lead security operations, product and application security, and corporate security teams. You will manage both leaders and senior individual contributors, shaping the security posture of a cloud-native platform.

You’ll partner with GRC and fraud teams to drive alignment and define AI security standards. Experience across security operations, cloud security in AWS, and incident response is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security with leadership experience.
• Experience across security operations, product/app security, and cloud security.
• Hands-on incident response leadership and cross-functional coordination.
• Familiar with AI/LLM security risks and OWASP/MITRE ATLAS frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a multi-disciplinary security team and manage hiring.
• Own security KPIs and drive continuous posture improvements.
• Oversee security operations, incident response, and escalation during major events.
• Ensure AI security standards for LLM integrations and pipelines.
• Embed security into SDLC with CI/CD, SAST/SCA/DAST tooling.
