Job description

RxPx is a global digital health platform that helps doctors, patients and caregivers easily manage complex conditions and therapies. Our No Patient Alone mission unites a passionate, smart, dedicated team of developers, designers, data scientists, health professionals and business leaders.

As a PE-backed company, with substantial success, awards and customer roster in place, you will be joining a seasoned team, well-respected for its thought leadership and consultative approach to building long-term partnerships within the pharmaceutical, life sciences and healthcare ecosystem.

We are looking to add an experienced Full-Time Product Project Manager to join our amazing team and further our efforts in partnering with organizations in the pharmaceutical manufacturing and life sciences segment. Applicants must be Canadian citizens or a permanent resident of Canada. This is a 24 month contract position, with high potential of converting to full-time employment. This is a fully remote position, with occasional travel for face to face meetings, and the role is open to all areas of Canada.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor/Masters Degree in business, computer science, commerce, or other equivalent training with an emphasis on technology innovation, product development, AI or agile environments
  2. At least 4+ years of senior project work experience in managing complex technology or product development projects, from initiation to commercialization
  3. Prior experience in managing multi-regionals / international projects is an advantage
  4. Experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones is critical
  5. Demonstrated and proven technical acumen and experience with mobile apps, technology and digital health – clinical trial and drug R&D knowledge is a significant asset
  6. Demonstrated experience using proven methodologies and tools to determine product and customer requirements in order to develop detailed resource, roadmap and product plans
  7. Fully knowledgeable and capable of using, creating and integrating company-wide dashboards, reporting and metrics that determine the success of new features and user engagement
  8. A growth mindset, high levels of accountability, self direction and compassion are required
  9. Comfortable working daily with remote teams (via Slack, Zoom, Skype) combined
  10. Past experience with clinical trials, digital health, life science or pharmaceutical industry
  11. Demonstrated experience managing products that include funding agencies, claims reporting and multi-stakeholders is highly desirable
  12. Experience with Miro/Roadmunk is an asset
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain a product and project roadmap that is aligned with internal resources and company objectives while providing clear visibility to external partners
  2. Support go-to-market strategy, planning and execution activities
  3. Lead day to day project management and guide roles, responsibilities, expectations and deliverables of team members
  4. Oversee stakeholder engagement and communications
  5. Work closely with a broad range of RxPx partners – patient users, clinicians, community sponsors, customers, researchers, and executive leadership to facilitate innovation and project delivery goals
  6. Identify methods, strategies, and tools to gather meaningful feedback, data and metrics that demonstrate project and product value
  7. Maintain a product backlog and prioritize new development that will provide the highest ROI for the company
  8. Publicly represent the product and company as needed in client presentations
