Job summary

Equitable, a Canadian mutual company, is seeking a Training and Documentation Specialist for the Individual Insurance team. This hybrid Waterloo-based role focuses on developing and delivering training, plus creating and maintaining documentation across processes and technology.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, collaborate well, and stay current with training tools and adult education concepts. A University degree is required with FLMI or related certificates as assets.

Qualifications

• Experience creating training material and delivering training sessions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience documenting processes and developing job aids.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training for the Individual Insurance line.
• Create training materials and execute training sessions as required.
• Document new and existing procedures for internal use.
• Identify skill gaps and develop course modules; research new training tools.
