Job summary

Intact is seeking a Product Manager to own the IT Services Portfolio vision, strategy, roadmap and governance, enabling a transformation from project-based delivery to a sustainable product and platform operating model.

You will translate priorities into executable initiatives, drive adoption, and measure value realization while leading the ITS Product Council and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Owns vision, strategy, roadmap, governance and value realization for IT Services Portfolio.
• Portfolio covers service management, employee technology experience, automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Translates priorities into executable portfolio strategies and investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain IT Services Portfolio vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Chair the ITS Product Council and drive governance and investment recommendations.
• Establish governance, decision rights, standards and performance reviews for the portfolio.
• Promote product management best practices and a product-centric culture.
• Identify opportunities to optimize value, efficiency and customer experience.
