Job summary

Metrolinx is seeking a Senior PMO professional to oversee governance, risk, and compliance for the I&IT project portfolio in Toronto. You will define KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports, and lead enterprise reporting with tools like Power BI and Power Automate.

You will manage a $100M–$150M portfolio, align IT initiatives with enterprise strategy, and drive process improvements, capital planning, and procurement coordination within a collaborative, in‑office team at 277 Front Street

Qualifications

• Experience in IT/PMO governance, risk, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of KPI development and enterprise reporting.
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Power BI, Power Automate.
