You will collaborate with underwriting, analytics, technology, and BI teams to drive innovative prevention strategies and coordinate backlog and sprint plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance fraud prevention.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with product development support.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to drive big-picture strategies while managing details.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fraud detection models and rules.
• Collaborate with data scientists and developers to enhance fraud software.
• Stay up-to-date with AI algorithms and fraud tech.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and data protection.
• Drive sprint and release plans and own the Product backlog.
• Prioritize user stories based on business value.
• Communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Promote the product during key moments.
• Foster collaboration and trust in the squad.
