A leading financial institution is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to enhance their Digital Advisor Experience project. This role involves requirements elicitation, effective collaboration with teams, and driving process improvements. Ideal candidates will have extensive digital product management experience and a firm understanding of Agile methodologies.
Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.
Typical Day in Role:
Project Name: Digital Advisor Experience – an initiative providing an improved search experience and a new way to collect and share helpful material with a ‘Pinterest’-type tool.
Advisor Facing Tools – tools created for bank advisors (and third-party advisors at other institutions) that allow for portfolio comparison, fund comparisons, scenario analysis, and fund analysis.
Morning – Agile ceremonies, daily stand-up, refinement, and planning with a development team (15 members).
Lunch – Together with teammates in the office.
Afternoon – Requirements elicitation, user testing, research, and working on user stories & documentation.
