As a Product Manager within the M&S Digital team at Sanofi, you’ll be responsible for creating experiences that delight our users and building technology products that can be scaled across M&S. Technology Products are digital/data platforms, services, and frameworks that provide solution teams with the capabilities they need to deliver digital/data solutions to various needs within Manufacturing & Supply teams at Sanofi. These technology products include a modern data platform using best-in-class AI/GenAI models, along with digital capabilities in the domains of API, Events, and micro-services.

Main Responsibilities

1. Manage the build of cutting-edge AI/Generative AI enabled products across the product lifecycle by working closely with both internal and external partners.
2. Engage with engineering and architecture teams across M&S Digital and M&S Business units at Sanofi to gather and prioritize product features.
3. Research and maintain expert knowledge on data science, AI, and how data is operated like a product in large enterprises, informing buy, build, partner decisions.
4. Collaborate with the Product Line Manager to define the data and digital products strategy and roadmap, and help develop business cases to allocate required funding and time, with support from M&S Digital and M&S Business units.
5. Deliver a product backlog with well-defined and prioritized product features with corresponding justification (the what and the why).
6. Work with development teams by orchestrating their work through JIRA tickets and help manage the development backlog, running agile associated ceremonies in the team with the help of other product owners in your pod.
7. Develop the core positioning and messaging for the data product.
8. Organize and lead product demos for users, briefing them on the value and helping train users.
9. Champion a high-performance environment and contribute to an inclusive work environment.

About You

1. Earned high school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
2. Essential to possess a problem-solving mindset, strong attention to detail, and proven experience thriving in uncertainty and shifting priorities.
3. Proven ability to navigate and succeed in complex process-oriented organizations.
4. Strong understanding of AI technologies including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, generative AI, and reinforcement learning.
5. Track record of deploying AI technologies to identified high-priority business needs.
6. Experience working with development teams to orchestrate their work through tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and running ceremonies associated with Agile (Preferred).
7. Experience with and/or the desire to conduct user interviews, ask open-ended questions, and uncover the root cause of pain to create solutions.
8. 3 to 7 years of experience in high tech start-up or consulting is highly preferred.
