Job summary

Une entreprise de premier plan à Montréal recherche un Product Owner pour gérer le backlog et définir des solutions techniques pour des applications numériques. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 5 ans d'expérience, de solides compétences en gestion de produit ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance des méthodologies agiles. Ce rôle offre l'opportunité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique tout en collaborant avec des équipes diverses pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux.

Qualifications

• 5+ ans d'expérience en gestion de produit ou rôle technique similaire.
• Expérience dans un environnement de développement agile.
• Connaissances solides dans la gestion de backlog et la planification de produit.

Responsibilities

• Gérer le backlog de produit et définir des solutions techniques.
• Servir de point de contact principal entre développeurs et parties prenantes.
• Faciliter les processus agiles et éliminer les obstacles techniques.

PROFIL

The Product Owner will be responsible for managing the product backlog and defining the technical solution for customer-facing digital solutions.

MORE PRECISELY

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business objectives

• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, working closely with the development team

• Act as the primary point of contact between developers and stakeholders

• Facilitate agile processes and remove technical roadblocks for the development team

• Plan, coordinate, and execute deliveries while managing technical dependencies

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager or in a similar technical role

• Experience in an agile software development environment

• Strong knowledge of backlog management, prioritization, and product planning

• Good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Miro tools

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, or equivalent

• Bilingual (French required, functional English)
