Product Marketing Manager | Agentic AI Startup | $12M Raised | Toronto-Based

Location : Toronto (Hybrid Preferred) or Remote (Canada / US)

Type : Full-time

We’re working with a Toronto-based seed-stage startup building the future of go-to-market with agentic AI — autonomous agents that help revenue teams operate faster, with more precision and less manual work. With $12M in fresh funding and growing traction, they’re hiring their first Product Marketing Manager to help shape how the product is positioned, sold, and understood.

This is a foundational marketing role . You’ll work across product, sales, and leadership to define the company’s narrative, build launch strategies, and ensure every customer interaction is clear, compelling, and aligned.

What You’ll Own :

  • Craft and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Develop GTM strategies for new features and launches
  • Create high-impact content : pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, website copy, and more
  • Build enablement materials for sales and success teams to drive adoption and understanding
  • Collaborate with product to bring roadmap priorities to market
  • Distill user insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategy

You Might Be a Fit If You :

Have 3–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing

  • Love turning complex, technical products into crisp, compelling narratives
  • Are comfortable working directly with founders and cross-functional teams
  • Know how to operate in early-stage environments where speed and experimentation matter
  • Are based in Toronto or open to hybrid / remote work with strong overlap to EST hours
