Role Description

This is a volunteer remote role for a Product Manager with technical writing responsibilities. The Product Manager will create comprehensive documentation for cloud infrastructures, develop and implement product strategies, and ensure effective communication between engineering and marketing teams. Day-to-day tasks include writing technical documents, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring products align with client requirements and industry standards. The Product Manager will also conduct market research, define product features, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, including managing the product lifecycle and developing product strategies
• Technical Writing, Documentation, and Cloud Infrastructure knowledge
• Excellent communication skills to ensure effective coordination between engineering and marketing teams
• Management of Developers, Processes and Sales
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI, or Alibaba
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Writing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong organizational skills
• Experience in the SaaS industry and familiarity with FinOps optimization is a plus
