Title: Product Manager - Senior
Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)
Duration: 10-12 Months with possible extension

Core skills and experience - 40%
- 10+ years of product management experience in IT or digital services
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital or IT transformation projects and delivering user-centric products in complex environments
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, Scrum, and Lean product development, working with cross-functional teams
- Skilled in building and maintaining a product roadmap aligned with business priorities
- Experience defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success
Technical skills and experience - 35%
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
- Ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, conducting discovery work
- Strong experience with backlog management, prioritization techniques, and release planning
Communication and documentation skills - 20%
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from executive sponsors to technical teams
- Experience leading product demos, roadmapping sessions, and stakeholder updates
Public Sector Experience - 5%
- Experience with OPS IT project and architectural governance
- Knowledge of OPS Digital standards, accessibility, and cybersecurity
Must Have:
- 10+ years of strong Business Analyst experience with Scrum Master expertise
- Hands-on experience with stakeholder management, leading projects, and communications
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing requirements
- Defining the product vision and ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals
- Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience to identify gaps and generate growth ideas
- Driving growth, improving customer experience, and creating buy-in for the product vision
- Developing product pricing and positioning strategies
- Translating strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Prioritizing activities based on impact, working with engineering teams for delivery
- Managing product launches, promotional plans, and acting as a product evangelist
- Representing the company by visiting customers for feedback
