Our Fortune100 Fintech client is seeking a Product Managers to join the Risk Management Product team to support the integration of risk-related products into the broader Risk Management ecosystem. The ideal candidate will play a central role in aligning risk management practices, defining and driving the convergence of products, data, and processes.

Role Overview :

As a Product Manager, you’ll drive the design, development, and execution of platform and promotional capabilities, supporting internal teams and external merchant partners. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle while leveraging tools like Databricks, SQL, and Python, and applying proven frameworks including RACI matrices, process mapping, and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define a long-term vision and roadmap for advertiser promotion and integration features.
• Align stakeholder needs with business objectives, incorporating market trends and user feedback.
• Translate high-level goals into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.

Execution & Delivery

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams (engineering, analytics, data science) to build and launch scalable solutions.
• Utilize Databricks and SQL to analyze trends, troubleshoot issues, and inform data-backed decisions.
• Set and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and success metrics to evaluate product health and iterate effectively.

Governance & Process Management

• Develop and maintain RACI matrices to clarify responsibilities across business and technical functions.
• Implement risk management strategies, addressing data dependencies, system vulnerabilities, and compliance requirements.
• Champion operational excellence by documenting processes, creating repeatable workflows, and driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with analysts, designers, and engineers to refine features and lead experimental pilots.
• Communicate progress and roadmaps to senior stakeholders through clear, concise updates and presentations.
• Foster a healthy team culture of collaboration, ownership, and innovation.

What You Bring :

• A deep understanding of digital product management fundamentals with an emphasis on data and backend systems.
• Ability to synthesize technical complexity into simple, stakeholder-friendly narratives.
• Strong skills in SQL , Databricks , and process management tools.
• Experience translating customer and stakeholder feedback into prioritized product features.
• Comfort working in agile environments with shifting priorities and high expectations.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience.
• 3+ years of experience in digital product management.
• 3+ years working with SQL and large datasets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering data-driven features.
• Experience implementing RACI matrices , process documentation, and risk management frameworks.
• Familiarity with Databricks , cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS or GCP), and workflow tools like Airflow or JIRA.
• MBA or Master’s in Business, Technology, or Data Science.
