Job summary

TD's Enterprise Payments team seeks a Product Manager for Canadian Real Time Rails, reporting to the AVP. You will own end-to-end operations, manage day 2 delivery, and influence senior stakeholders while coordinating with technology and risk teams.

The role requires 7+ years related experience, CSPO certification preferred, and strong understanding of Canadian money movement. Hybrid work options in Toronto are available with a focus on transformation and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or product management certificate.
• 7+ years relevant experience; 3+ years Product Owner or Agile delivery experience.
• CSPO certification and project management experience considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian money movement capabilities and payments landscape.
• Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Get Things Done despite headwinds and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Define, recommend change and document end to end day 2 operations manual for TD's Real time Rails Product.
• In alignment with product vision, manage delivery initiatives and oversee pod backlogs for day 2 requirements.
• Generate ideas and develop business cases with internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with technology and risk functions during design and testing.
• Provide thought leadership and participate in knowledge transfer within the team.
• Communicate complex concepts with clear business context and align senior stakeholders.
• Lead and guide others within area of expertise and act as brand ambassador.
