Job summary

Thumbtack is seeking a results-oriented leader to drive growth for large pro customers, owning the product vision, strategy, and API integrations to unlock new channels. You’ll work with partnerships, BD, and engineering to scale capabilities and deliver customer value at scale.

You’ll analyze complex workflows, translate opportunities into clear roadmaps, and partner across teams to balance near-term wins with durable foundations, all while embracing an AI-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex product areas.
• Experience turning ambiguous opportunities into clear product strategies.
• Strong technical fluency and product ownership of APIs, data, integrations.
• Excellent product judgment and customer empathy for complex workflows.
• Analytical thinker with business acumen and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for growth among large pros.
• Develop deep understanding of pro operations using research and data.
• Set strategy for APIs, data integrations, and partner offerings.
• Lead new products from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering to balance near-term and durable foundations.
• Unite engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, and partnerships around priorities.
• Define success metrics and scale experiences that deliver growth.
