Job summary

ATB Financial in Canada seeks a Product Manager for the Money Movement Team. You will shape product strategy and roadmap for Interac e-Transfers, Real Time Rail, and related payments initiatives, collaborating across Fraud, AML, Legal, and Risk.

You will own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, with 2-3 years of PM experience, a business or tech background, and a hybrid work setup including one on-site day per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical industry experience as a Product Leader/PM/Designer.
• 2–3 years of direct product management experience with end-to-end lifecycle ownership.
• Solid background managing payment products with knowledge of networks, operators, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ATB Money Movement (Interac e-Transfers, Real Time Rail).
• Collaborate with Fraud, AML, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Banking Operations to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Analyze metrics to inform roadmaps and strategic planning.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and guide iteration.
• Deliver feasible, viable, and desirable client experiences leveraging data and partnerships.
• Break down goals into tactical steps to demonstrate value and learn from outcomes.
• Act as enterprise SME on Intearc e-Transfers and Real Time Rail; deliver annual objectives.
• Drive modernization initiatives aligned with Payments Canada releases.
