About the team

You will join the Marketing Systems team within Growth and GTM, responsible for building infrastructure and tools to enhance Stripe’s marketing efforts, reach millions of merchants, and drive revenue growth. The team focuses on automation, data, and innovative marketing channels.

What you’ll do

You will drive Stripe's vision of delivering targeted messages through various channels, developing and executing cross-channel engagement strategies, and improving user workflows. Your role involves identifying friction points, defining milestones, and coordinating rollouts across email, advertising, and the Stripe Dashboard.

Responsibilities
  • Understand marketing user needs through data and research.
  • Develop a customer engagement roadmap across channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create scalable marketing systems, including:
  • Developing a centralized orchestration framework for attribution and campaign deployment.
  • Building a Marketing Data Warehouse for comprehensive customer interaction insights.
  • Identifying automation opportunities.
  • Integrating AI into marketing workflows.
Who you are

Preferred Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management, launching consumer or B2B products.
  • Experience with product-led sales and growth.
  • Knowledge of marketing and ad tech systems like marketing automation platforms, CRM, or advertising systems.
  • Experience with scaling marketing operations, campaign management, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in iterative, hypothesis-driven product development and stakeholder alignment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ownership mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to derive strategic insights from ambiguity.
Work Model & Compensation

Stripe supports hybrid work, with at least 50% in-office presence. Salary ranges in primary locations are C$151,200 - C$226,800, with benefits including equity, bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
