Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a Product Manager for Developer Experience to champion the SDKs, APIs, and tooling that empower developers across Web, iOS, Android, and Hybrid platforms. You will simplify complex IAM capabilities into highly usable developer tools, while aligning with broader platform releases.

You will collaborate with engineering, documentation, and developer relations to deliver top-tier DX, sample apps, and quick-start guides.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software development experience; speak the developers' language.
• Strong understanding of modern identity and security protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, FIDO/WebAuthn).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of daily workflows.
• Ability to translate architectural concepts into clear product requirements for engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Ping's Orchestration SDK across Web, iOS, Android, and Hybrid frameworks.
• Partner with documentation and developer relations to deliver world-class docs and sample apps.
• Collaborate with Engineering and PM to align SDKs with platform releases.
• Gather feedback from customers, partner engineers, and the open-source community to prioritize backlog.
• Evangelize the product through technical content and forums.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to release with a measurable backlog.
