Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Ownership of credit underwriting or risk‑decisioning outcomes.
• Experience building infrastructure or internal tooling for products.
• Comfort operating in compliance‑heavy domains (KYB/KYC, AML, fraud, payments).

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and sequencing for the Credit & Risk Engineering squad across domains.
• Own the decisioning and automation systems for KYB/KYC approval speed and accuracy.
• Own tooling behind fraud detection, AML, payments operations, and disputes.
• Own risk decision operating cost per account as a key efficiency metric.
• Own the in‑app credit experiences and their speed in line with the product roadmap.
• Coordinate with the GM of Credit on roadmap boundaries and scope.
