Summary Of Responsibilities
The Product Manager will be primarily responsible for researching, defining, implementing and improving the product suite for the business, engaging with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Sales Incentive Team and collaborating with Sales & Marketing, Technology, Risk & Compliance, Analytics, Credit and Operations functions to ensure the business deploys suitable product to the market that exceeds the OEM, dealer and customer expectations, and meets the profitability targets for the business. The position will also help manage key external partnerships and ensure alignment among all stakeholders.
The Product Manager is expected to bring knowledge and insights to the broader team to help with the long-term growth and success of the business. The ability to establish strong relationships and effectively manage time and multiple priorities is critical to succeed in the role.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the process of product delivery by collaborating closely with Sales & Marketing, Technology, Risk & Compliance, Analytics, Credit, Operations functions and the external partnerships – ensure product is suitably structured and priced and that all systems deployment is managed properly.
- Define and implement strategic roadmaps for products that support the execution of strategic initiatives to deliver on business and financial goals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop, implement and continuously improve processes by managing product documentation, templates, and requirements to ensure they accurately reflect product and systems functionality.
- Participate in and evaluate market research and competitive analysis associated with assigned products. Manage existing product offers in the market, ensuring optimal performance, dealer acceptance and OEM and customer satisfaction.
- Lead various meetings including leadership and/or external stakeholders; prepare reports as required, provide recommendations, share insights and circulate timely updates to keep stakeholders informed.
Experience Requirements
- Degree/Diploma: University Degree, advanced degree preferred
- Program of Study: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field of study required; CPA or MBA desirable
- Years of Experience: 3 - 5 years’ experience
- Type of Experience: Captive Finance Product & Pricing experience preferred; Bank product functional experience

- Strong knowledge and experience working with retail and business product fundamentals, including product design, functionality, and related policies and procedures
