STAN AI in North York is seeking a Product Manager to own features end-to-end in an in‑office, full‑time role.

You will collaborate with engineering, customer success, sales and cross‑functional partners, writing PRDs, conducting discovery, and translating customer needs into well-scoped work.

This hands-on PM position suits a curious, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment and wants to help build a truly innovative AI property manager product.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of product management experience in a SaaS or technology company with a track record of shipping features.
  • Startup mindset: fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Analytical skills using product analytics tools to inform decisions.
  • Design sensibility and ability to collaborate with designers for intuitive UX.
  • Technical curiosity: able to discuss trade-offs with engineers.
  • Clear communication: write crisp PRDs and update stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player contributing to product culture.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Product Manager to help build and refine our product experience. In this individual contributor role, you will work closely with engineering, CS, Sales, and other cross-functional partners to ship features that delight our users. You will be hands-on with discovery, requirements writing, and execution-translating customer needs into clear, well-scoped product work. This is a great opportunity for a curious, detail-oriented PM who enjoys owning features end-to-end and contributing to a growing product team.

This position is based in North York and is currently full-time in-office. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment and enjoys building teams in person.

Tasks
  • Feature Execution: Own and ship product features end-to-end, from writing PRDs and user stories to coordinating launches and reviewing results.
  • Customer Discovery: Talk to users regularly, run interviews, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform what we build next.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineers and CS in daily standups, sprint planning, and design reviews to keep work moving smoothly.
  • Backlog & Roadmap Support: Help maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog and contribute to roadmap planning under the direction of product leadership.
  • Data & Analytics: Use product analytics tools to monitor feature performance, surface insights, and inform iteration.
  • QA & Release Support: Partner with engineering to test new features, verify acceptance criteria, and ensure a high-quality user experience at launch.
Requirements
  • Product Experience: 2-4 years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology company, with a track record of shipping features that users love.
  • Startup Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, and excited to roll up your sleeves on whatever needs to get done.
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable using product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, or similar) to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Design Sensibility: A solid eye for UI/UX and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers to deliver clean, intuitive user experiences.
  • Technical Curiosity: You don't need to code, but you can have productive conversations with engineers and understand basic trade-offs.
  • Clear Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills-able to write crisp PRDs, share updates with stakeholders, and align teammates on what we're building and why.
  • Collaboration: A team player who takes direction well, gives thoughtful feedback, and contributes to a positive product culture.
