Job summary

SAM Controls is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for its Digital Faciliter platform and related modules. You will translate enterprise client needs into clear product direction, collaborating with engineering, delivery teams, and customers.

You will prioritize features for multi-site deployments, define integrations with third-party hardware, and monitor field performance to refine the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management for enterprise software, ideally security, IoT, or facility systems.
• Ability to translate operational needs into prioritized product requirements.
• Comfort working with engineering teams through the delivery cycle.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear written and verbal communication.
• Track record of shipping products used by real customers at scale.
