Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity or Endpoint Protection/EDR experience.
• 5+ years in project or product management.
• Hands-on experience with security solutions (firewalls, IPS, antivirus, DLP, etc.).
• Experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
• Strong cross-functional team management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical abilities and customer-focused problem-solving.
• Able to work across multiple technologies and teams in a dynamic environment.
• Expertise in platform architecture and/or SaaS product integration.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

What you will do

• Work closely with product development and design teams to define and execute Unified Endpoint Platform product roadmap.
• Capture priority issues from technical, sales and support teams and follow up with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Partner with cross‑functional groups—Engineering, UX, Support, Marketing, and Sales—to drive alignment and execution.
• Analyze market competitors and customer feedback to guide product decision‑making.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create product prototypes and user interfaces.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or Endpoint Protection / EDR space.
• 5+ years of experience in a project or product management role.
• Hands‑on experience with security solutions (Firewalls, IPS, Antivirus, Antispam, Endpoint Protection, ZTNA, DLP, etc.).
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
• Highly effective cross‑functional team management.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical abilities and big‑picture problem‑solving skills, grounded in a deep commitment to customer needs.
• Flexibility and versatility—capable of dealing with a wide range of technologies, interfaces, and multiple teams in a highly dynamic hypergrowth environment.
• Expertise in platform architecture and/or SaaS product integration.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
