Position Overview

We seek an experienced Product Manager to lead our SaaS solutions for PR and Communications. Reporting to the VP, Product Development, this role will drive product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, define roadmaps, and develop impactful solutions aligned with customer needs and business goals.

You will leverage market intelligence from sales, customer service, and industry trends to refine our product strategy. Your ability to translate data into actionable initiatives will be key to our product success.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather market insights on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap aligned with business and market opportunities.
• Lead buy-build-partner analysis and assess potential partnerships.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to define, prioritize, and develop features.
• Create user stories translating market needs into technical requirements.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Work with Sales and Marketing on product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure new features meet customer expectations and business goals.
• Engage with customers for feedback and continuous product refinement.
• Analyze metrics and feedback to prioritize initiatives and measure success.
• Define and monitor KPIs for product improvements.
• Stay ahead of competitors and industry standards to maintain our edge.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or software development, preferably SaaS.
• Ability to use data to inform decisions and prioritize initiatives.
• Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum and Lean Startup.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with understanding of user needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in PR, media, or communications tech is a plus.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools like Slack, Jira, Confluence, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
