At Super.com, we’re on a mission to help people save more, earn more, and get more out of life. That goes for both our customers and our team.

For our employees, Super.com is more than just a workplace—it’s an opportunity to grow, make an impact, and unlock your full potential. We invest in learning, celebrate bold ideas, and create pathways for career growth.

We move fast, think big, and always put people first. Your career should be as rewarding as the work you do, and at Super.com, we’re here to make every day Super.

About the role:

This is a foundational role for Super.com’s new Incubation Hub. The Incubation Hub is a new “startup” within Super.com. We’re tasked with finding the next big thing in the Super.com suite of products. The Hub is a place where small, autonomous teams build new businesses from scratch to find an idea that can create a step change in the growth of our Super+ membership.

You’ll be the first product manager in the Incubation Hub. While you as a Product Manager are part of the broader Product organization and follow the same high bar for product thinking, the Hub is purpose-built for speed. You won’t be navigating cross-functional dependencies — your team will have all it needs to ship, iterate, and learn.

You will lead a Mission-Aligned Team (MAT) and will work with leaders to identify a new possible business and product for Super.com to pursue. Then, you’ll have a dedicated team of engineers, a designer, and a growth lead to surface promising product opportunities, rapidly validate ideas, and bring them to market. This isn’t about optimizing existing features — this is pure 0→1. You’ll be responsible for setting direction, making data-informed bets, shaping strategy, and shipping live MVPs to real users - the whole product lifecycle. And when something doesn’t work, you’ll shut it down fast and move on to another idea. When we find something that works, the whole company will win.

The right person for this role thrives in ambiguity, excels at simplifying chaos into action, and loves launching things fast. If you’re looking for a startup-like experience inside a successful company, and want to help shape the next big thing at Super.com, this is it.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Own the roadmap. Define and drive the end-to-end roadmap for your MAT — from initial concept to launched MVP and beyond. You’ll be responsible for identifying what to build, why it matters, and how to bring it to life with speed and focus
  • Scope and launch MVPs. Work closely with your designer and engineers to rapidly prototype and ship customer-facing products. You’ll define scope, simplify aggressively, and prioritize speed-to-market while ensuring the MVP is high enough quality to learn fromDrive iteration post-launch.
  • The MVP is just the beginning. You’ll lead your team through post-launch cycles of iteration, optimization, and learning — identifying what’s working, what’s not, and where the next opportunity lies. You’ll track performance metrics and communicate how they are improving
  • Be your own data team. Use Amplitude (and light SQL) to track product performance, analyze behaviors, and identify growth levers. We don’t assign analysts to businesses or products until they hit scale, so being data-fluent and able to self-serve insights is critical
  • Work with partners. Collaborate with business development and design to scope product flows and partner experiences when external collaboration is part of the MVPs
  • Operate like a founder. You’ll wear multiple hats, make fast decisions, and constantly de-risk new ideas. Solicit input from others, but you make the call on whatever data is available (even if none). This role is ideal for someone who wants to build businesses, not just features

Who We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of product management experience in B2C, early-stage, or fast-moving product environments. Generally, more years of experience means you’ve seen more things and are more likely to be correct in your decisions when you don’t have perfect data
  • Proven ability to launch MVPs, validate early-stage ideas, and iterate based on user and data feedback
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional teams with engineering and design to launch 0→1 products
  • Comfortable navigating data and deriving business insights and strategies from the data. You can use some SQL and tools like Amplitude and Amplitude Experiments to self-service your insights and inform your strategic next steps
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex product ideas and strategies to interested parties. Ability to use written documents, decks, and insights to drive clarity of what the team should do next
  • Experience thriving in high-ambiguity, high-ownership environments — you make progress without waiting for perfect clarityHumble, flexible, and willing to jump into weeds and able to jump back up to the right altitude. You get your hands dirty in execution mode routinely and then you shift to think about what is ahead in 3 months
  • You don’t need to meet every bullet above — if you’re excited by the role and believe you can crush it, we’d love to hear from you
