About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our digital notary public and legal platform. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, data-driven, and passionate about building seamless digital experiences. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to enhance our platform, drive user adoption, and deliver innovative features that improve the notary and legal experience for Canadians.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead the development of new product features and enhancements, from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development teams, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and performance data to make data-driven product decisions.
• Define and track key product metrics to measure success and optimize performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve the user experience and ensure product-market fit.
• Ensure NotaryPro’s products comply with legal, security, and compliance requirements.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in legal tech, fintech, and digital services to maintain NotaryPro’s competitive edge.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product management in software or technology
• Strong experience working with development teams using Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of launching and managing successful digital products.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with UX/UI principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Familiarity with management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Clarity, VWO, and Mida.so, Google Suite, etc.
• Experience with A/B testing, user research, and data analysis.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and improving access to legal services.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the legal tech, fintech, or professional services industry.
• Knowledge of AI-powered document processing and workflow automation.
• Experience working with B2B and enterprise SaaS products.
