About JAM+
JAM+ is a digitally native commerce platform born from the merger of JAM Paper & Envelope and Big Name Commerce. We're building a best-in-class ecosystem for customizable office supplies, packaging, and stationery — with a strategic focus on long-tail SKU variety, print-on-demand workflows, and seamless DTC experiences across Envelopes.com, Folders.com, and JAMPaper.com.
2025 and 2026 are shaping up to be transformational years: we’ve just completed a complex Magento replatform, brought development in-house, and are doubling down on customization, product onboarding, and lifetime value across our DTC portfolio.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and scale our DTC product roadmap — with a core focus on bringing customizable products to life on Magento, driving new category launches, and enhancing our onsite experience to maximize conversion, AOV, and LTV.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and operations. This is a build-from-scratch role for someone eager to lead in a fast-paced, resource-constrained but opportunity-rich environment. You’ll be both architect and operator — shaping our product development process, prioritizing high-ROI features, and helping to define the future of customization commerce.
Note: Only Canadian or US residents with lawful, unrestricted work authorization will be considered.
