Job description

CGI is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Product Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will oversee the software development team and work within an agile methodology.

The Agile Product Manager will facilitate enablement, scope management, and delivery aligned with the product vision and roadmap. Strong communication skills, influence, and collaboration with business and technology leaders are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead scope management to enable delivery of current and future products.
2. Collaborate with the Business Lead / Product Owner to develop solution-level backlogs.
3. Prioritize and manage workflows to ensure clarity and business value delivery.
4. Coordinate with Solution Architects and Engineering Leads to understand technological scope.
5. Define and communicate release content with product management teams.
6. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements from stakeholders for epics.
7. Own the Solution Roadmap, coordinating releases with the Solution Train Engineer and delivery teams.
8. Draft and review requirements, capturing objectives, success criteria, and non-functional needs.
9. Ensure team alignment with scope and objectives.
10. Participate in PI Planning, Solution Demos, and I&A sessions.
11. Contribute to Solution Synch meetings to align strategy and quality.
12. Maintain progress dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years in product management, scope, and requirements management.
• Experience in Healthcare domain, Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

This role offers a compensation range estimated at $85,000 in the U.S., dependent on skills and experience.
