• Managing and optimizing flow throughout the program and facilitating program-level events as needed.
• Assisting with economic decision-making and resolving impediments at the program level.
• Using market research to generate ideas for products that meet customer needs.
• Providing management with analyses and reports, and responding to questions and requests from management.
• Facilitating Program Level Planning across multiple teams and assisting with execution and completion tracking.
• Reviewing, adjusting, and measuring initiative and team progress; specifying needs and overseeing continuous improvement efforts.

Critical Qualifications

Process Improvement (Six Sigma, L1 Training):

• Expertise in operational excellence and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Experience in implementing quality improvement tactics and metrics.

Analytical Skills:

• Ability to conduct structured analysis and engage teams for continuous improvement.
• Experience in data analysis to drive decision-making and enhance project outcomes.

Project Management:

• Proficiency in managing programs and resources, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Experience coordinating with various stakeholders and optimizing engagement.

SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework):

• Expertise in Agile portfolio operations, Lean governance, and aligning enterprise strategy with execution.
• Experience organizing and managing SAFe transformation initiatives and reviews.
